Why do I practice Pilates? ⭐
As a competitive runner and cyclist since my teenage years, I went in search of cross-training methods that would sharpen my performance and speed injury recovery. I found that Pilates was ideal for this and other health goals.
Why do I teach Pilates? ⭐
Teaching Pilates matters to me because it helps people reconnect with their bodies in a positive, empowering way. Pilates isn’t just about exercise – it’s about awareness, control, and confidence. I teach Pilates to help others move with strength, improve how they feel in their bodies, and build habits that support both physical and mental well-being. Watching students gain confidence, reduce pain, and discover what their bodies are capable of is what makes teaching Pilates so meaningful to me.
What to expect from my private sessions and group classes? ⭐
Private session – You can expect hands-on guidance, detailed cueing, and exercises chosen specifically for you. I’ll move at your pace, focus on proper technique, and adjust as needed so you feel supported, challenged, and confident.
Group classes ️ ⭐ – expect a welcoming atmosphere, clear instruction, and a class that leaves you feeling stronger, more connected to your body, and refreshed.
