Why do I practice Pilates? 🌻
As a lifelong dancer, Pilates has always felt amazing in my body. As I have grown older and given birth, I have learned that it not only feels good to practice, it actually maintains my physical well-being and helps to keep me pain-free. Pilates is the baseline movement that strengthens, opens, and stabilizes my body for everything else I do in life.
Why do I teach Pilates? 🌻
I want to share the magic of Pilates with everyone I can. I value personal connection and love helping others feel better in their body. I teach Pilates to help others build body awareness, get stronger, and feel better in their body.
What to expect from my private sessions and group classes? 🌻
First and foremost, a welcoming and friendly environment! I love the classics and believe the original Pilates exercises are the key to really getting the true benefits from the method. I want to get to know you- your physical past and present- to make sure we can figure out how to best serve you and make your workout fun and effective. I focus on form and safe progressions to help build understanding and strength. I value support, inclusivity, and self-love!
